what should you do in the times when you forget your train of thought
it happens to me in times when i'm suffering anxiety....i will have something on my mind which i consider important but before i can write it down i forget the thought....and the more i try and remember what i was thinking of, the more i don't remember...and the thought is gone....which causes me more anxiety.....and at times the thought does pop up again in my memory....but other times it never comes back...
what's the answer for those times?
