I have a terminal cardiopulmonary disease on assisted oxygen 24/7, I made my peace with the Cosmos years ago, although I still have to take an antianxiety med to make it through day to day and to be able to sleep without waking up with panic attacks.

Like CCB and Anticoagulants ?

@NativePortlander1970 It is a strong anticoagulant used in such condition . CCB used to reduce the Pulmonary artery pressure . Diuretics too help . For sure oxygen is vital to improve the outcomes.
