I never stress about what is beyond my control, only when it's in my hands and I need to make a decision or do everything I need to do right.

However, i DO think there are those that keep thier minds deliberately busy on stuff they have no control over, so they dont have to think about things they DO have control over - but dont want to face.

Like all the deeply political posts. They rant, they rave, they argue black and blue - it solves notning , does nothing .
They dont grow to be better people from it .
