My hands don't feel real
I can't look at my hands sometimes without freaking out. I don’t know, i get this really weird feeling and i have no idea what it is, it feels like im shaking but im not, its like the feeling of guilt.
I feel like my hands aren't real or something, they scare me which is really silly to say, its not constant its only sometimes but still. It feels like im getting stared at by a stranger.
