Lately I've been binge watching true crime videos on youtube, both solved and unsolved. I should focus that attention on more positive things but I guess I still have some shadow work to do. I don't involve my emotions into it. Just trying to figure out the psychology around such criminal minds. I still say the Jon Benet Ramsey case was an inside job.
