Born Evil?
Do you think there are some of us born evil? Is it learned or predisposed? Thoughts?

No, those parts of the brain develop much later. A newborn child might only have genetic predispositions for some traits that might emerge with development.
I also believe that children are closer to nature, therefore they are naturally cruel. We just don't see it as evil because they don't know any better yet. It's only evil if you're aware you do harm for selfish, needless reasons but do it anyway.
