Born Evil?

Do you think there are some of us born evil? Is it learned or predisposed? Thoughts?

The more I read and experience, the more I wonder. I do believe some are predisposed towards evil, and I do believe there are a few that are born to become evil.

I also believe there is evil in all of us, some just don't act out their thoughts/emotions as much as others do.
