Do you think there are some of us born evil? Is it learned or predisposed? Thoughts?

There are those "born evil" who rise above their peers.
And, there are a few who turn bad for attention despite their positive upbringing.
I've known good people. The kind that are good even to the ones being bad to them. they're usually mentally dim, though.
But most are unaligned... those are the worst
