Born Evil?

Do you think there are some of us born evil? Is it learned or predisposed? Thoughts?

A brain can't be rewired to unmake a sadist. Only in-utero development can wire the brain to that extent. Evil is born. But it can also be made due to life circumstances.
The term evil also brings up supernatural connotations. Which along with free will doesn't exist either.
We are all just pre-determind trash.
