What are your thoughts?

I had an appointment with my therapist today at 4pm. She did not show up to our virtual appointment. In the past she has done this before and the next day she shared she had “an emergency” didn’t tell me what and just said sorry. She has also canceled last minute 30 minutes before our session and said she could meet the next day. Anywho I waited for her for about 5 minutes and than texted her and told her “hey I was waiting but you didn’t show up.” She never responded. However, I get an email from her about 42 minutes later which is when our session should have almost been over and she shared “Hey Jane!! I didn’t see you in our zoom meeting and I tried calling you, “ I hope everything is okay, we can do tomorrow at 4pm if you want?” I never got a call from her and she has my number and don’t even get a text. I believe she was lying because she has done something similar to this in the past.

Do I seem crazy or should I trust my intuition ?

She's breeched the terms of your agreement repeatedly and offered nothing but belated excuses.
That's highly unprofessional and she must know that.
Might be an idea to confront her and suggest your own terms of meeting that are more acceptable to you and when you have that conversation ensure that you either have somebody with you to witness the verbal agreement or maybe record the conversation including the agreement and if she breeches it again report it to whoever recommended her to you.
