Why do some people peel dandruff off their heads and pluck it in the distance for fun?😳

Are you sure that's dandruff or were they out in the sun too long and got to sunburn on the head? Because I have been there and believe you me that is no damn fun trying to brush your hair when you're top of your head is sunburned ow ow ow!!
