Who else lives in a delusional world??
Always expected life to work out and it has as my expectations have dwindled through the years. Younger me would have been disappointed but non-delusional me today thinks meh!

Yeah when we are young we dream big.
Of course we work hard and nothing really comes of it.
Eventually we think, "Isn't there any hope of things turning out at least okay?"
And yeah after a point it is like, "Oh well" but we learn to get by doing the minimum.
