Always be honest then time is not wasted. Just remember there's a thin line between honest and rude it depends I think how you phrase it.

@TESSA111 i could phrase something in 100 different ways, and have a negative or positive outcome on all of them. I can't control or predict anothers reaction. The root of it all comes down to what we individualisticly like and dislike, which shouldnt be precieved with a positive or a negative. It should be seen as a a commonality that we all have. It would be best for people to learn to overcome their insecurites, and to not give power to my opinions.
However, i realize this is a tall order to expect from the majority of people, so as you say i do try to phrase in a way i think will go over better.

@Arorin me neither I'm only there to do my job. But I still tell them what I think about things that concerns me or that I have to manage. Makes it easier in the end for all. I don't care about bridges really we forced in a work situation I did not choose you to work with as you did not choose me stick to the rules and get the job done I respect your opinion and agree or disagree but I'm not going to keep quiet if I don't agree as long as its noted.
