Closure is a stupid idea. I used to need it, crave it, obsess over it then a light went off like a bomb in my head regarding how utterly useless it is and how needing it is crippling.
I am strong enough to understand what happened and to draw my conclusions about it. I must make choices that benefit me. You cannot wait on another person to give you closure. Life is not a movie or fairy tale with neat endings. It is what it is on to the next episode!
