Does anyone even care?
Do people care enough to stay with you for a while? I know people don't with me.

Some people do..even some strangers.. a few weeks ago when it was very cold here, someone (a stranger) saw that I was very upset crying and all that and very very glad and happy that he came up to me and asked what was wrong. Talked for a while.
