Like all drugs, it's just a temporary band-aid that does more harm than good overall in the longer run.

@SW-User As someone greatly helped by psychiatric medications, screw you.

SW-User
@OggggO if it is something you didn't take temporarily and it has become a lifestyle to take those meds, they are not helping you. They are just covering and managing the symptoms for now.
And giving you a plethora of side effects you might not even realise. Anything that appears to fix one thing while messing with multiple others is not a help.
Often ADD has been misdiagnosed too. Something as simple as very low levels of vitamin B in the body can appear like ADD. Or hypervigilance from cptsd.
The problem with the medical industry is that they hand out pills like they are a permanent bandaid and not a transitional one to help you manage it while making real lifestyle changes holistically.
But I understand your anger at my words since you are heavily subscribed to these meds and methodology of treatment.
🙏

@SW-User One, I don't have ADD or ADHD. Two, you're full of crap. If you want to talk about these sorts of things, either live through them or get a medical degree focusing on psychiatry or pharmacology.

@SW-User You want to do me a real favor, stop talking shit that ends with people dying.

SW-User
@OggggO that's a huge over reaction. Maybe when you are ready, try figure out why this is so triggering for you. X

@SW-User It's not an overreaction, talking people into quitting medicines they need kills people.

@SW-User You know what is right and good, Aido. Most physicians easily prescribe meds as they make money. People still resort to the easiest methods-taking meds for long periods of times. How often does one see physicians weaning patients off meds or trying other methods of treatment or changing methods of treatments? Rarely. It is all about money not about health care. I like the way you interact online. It is a healthy lesson. I hope your day is kind to you too. Blessings.

@PoetryNEmotion Thank you. It is sad that at a time like this when knowledge is available, people still follow so blindly with so much faith in medicine as a lifestyle addition. I remember a similar post some time back. It is even sadder that pharma industries are able to control the population so easily.❤️
My day is kind to me. I hope yours is too. Blessings.

@PoetryNEmotion Again, unless you have lived it or have a relevant medical degree, kindly stop talking about that which you know nothing. Bullshit like yours kills people.

@OggggO You can find someone else to argue with. I will not waste my time debating with you. I am a healthcare professional with decades of experience. I stand by my words. Have a good day.

@PoetryNEmotion I don’t get this fear and hatred of medications. Yes there are side effects but overall humanity has been helped more by pharma than by roots and berries. Just because people make money from something doesn’t automatically mean it’s bad.

Bullshit. You're either lying or horrendous at your job.
