Silly thoughts

Currently, I am waiting for my permanent residency card to be mailed to me.

Its been almost a month a half since I landed (it is when my card application was submitted by the border officer) and I know it usually takes time.. I also know many people were requested to send another photo, which delayed their card application even more. I am guessing it is because these people landed after six months from the submission of their photo. Now most people would wish for their application to just move fast and for their card to be sent without a second submission of a photo.. But I am actually hoping that they will ask me for another photo lol. The thing is, I didn't like my photo much (but I remember how much I was pressed for time and other things, so I didn't take another), and I am not traveling back to Canada anytime soon, so even if it takes a bit longer, well it is fine 🤷‍♀️ ..

I landed a little bit over 6 months after I submitted my photo, so let's see if they will check my photo and think to themselves, huh, cute potato! But we need a more recent and an even cuter Potato 🥔😚
