People tell lies they think are harmless but it can still hurt maybe even worse than a big lie.

Once my hub lied about being able to turn the water heater up because he didn't want it up. But my showers always ran cold. I believed him until years later. I never got why he didn't consider me. He made the decision not to turn it up without me like he knew best or something.
