Do you feel that humans are wired to be somewhat cruel?

I think some people are wired that way, but not many. Others have low self esteem and are cruel to make themselves feel better/superior. Some respond in kind, i.e. behave badly because they were treated badly. For others still, there are environmental factors at play. I'd say it's mostly a learned behavior.
