@WaryWitchWandering She also lives rent free, I'm not saying that it's bad for living rent free but it's obvious she took him to court because SHE wanted more free money and nothing to do with the kid. That's exactly what it is. She was thinking she'd have a free paycheck and plus some lmao.

@SatanBurger Child support is crazy in this country. For every mom you meet who isn't getting jack shit and is pulling all the weight hersefl you meet another who has their entire life and parental resposnibility funded for them.

@MethDozer Yes and then you got men getting dragged through the court system to pay for children that's not even theirs like what's seen with single mothers. If a man decides to support her child in any way, if they break up, she can technically sue for child support because she was getting support from you.

In other cases the man finds out the woman cheated and then it's not even his and he still has to pay. Imagine the court stealing 600 monthly or 1,000 monthly for a kid that's not yours.

Then as you say, some women aren't getting anything at all and the man just skirts by child support until it's a felony, I know those men too. I don't have a child but I dated one such man who had a victim complex about his ex wife who I felt bad for but turns out he was a piece of crap. Has felony warrants for child support for nearly 15 years and still gets by somehow without a job lmfao.

Hell yeah this system is broken, seems like rules are just made on a whim here.
