What are your intrusive thoughts of lately ?

I’m probably fucking everything up (as a parent)

That I’ll never do more than this

That I’ve let myself go

That I am to blame for anything I dislike about my circumstance

That I lost my chance to pursue my own dreams (past a family of my own)

That I need to lose 10-15 lbs and start trying hard to feel beautiful, and for my husband to maybe even hear me

Lots of other garbage floating around

"Nobody will hire me for a good position, I'm getting old and still don't have enough experience"

When will my dear friend depression come for a short visit next? 😌

How mean people are and how they treat others. I know they are miserable and hurting themselves but it gets old. 😞

You'll be visiting Menard's everyday
You're house is going to be in need of most of your money for minor and some major repairs for the next 25 years
You'll be mowing your yard every other day with all this rain
You'll dream all night about sweeping your deck but it will still be covered in maple leaves

How self centered humans are.

Nothing intrusive lately - except maybe worried about my mother's health and her mortality.

People I trusted that are masquerading. Saying one thing but doing the opposite.
