Thoughts on this?

So, I am traveling. I am currently in a hotel and when I went into the hotel room there was EMPTY BEER CANS ON THE FLOOR!

Also, there were ROACHES ON THE BED! 😱

Thoughts? What should I do?

@SW-User If this were free, maybe. But if you’re paying, a clean, bug-free room is the very least that you deserve.

Clarification needed: Roaches as in bugs?

If yes, ask for your money back and go to a different hotel.
If no, ask for housekeeping to clean the room or ask for a new room.

@SW-User Just tell them that you have a roach infestation and the room hasn't been cleaned yet - it's their responsibility to ensure a good level of cleanliness and that it's bug free.

The bugs alone are grounds to get them shut down if you wanted to.

Take a million photos and head on down to the front desk. Ask for your money back and find somewhere else to stay.
