No need for people to be so hard on themselves...

Most people have shitty days. Some people have shitty months, shitty years and even shitty decades.

It's so easy to get lost in all the bullshit whether it is your own or someone else's. At the end of day dwelling on what hasn't gone well, thinking about what isn't right with yourself, putting too much pressure on yourself and beating yourself up is pointless.

When you are upset or angry it is best to not dwell or think about anything at all other than distancing yourself from what is eating you up and cheering yourself up.

When I'm in a good mood is a good time for me to think about solutions, new ideas and pay myself a compliment.
