2 days and a few hours ....
.... left in the year from my time zone, 2 books i must complete by then
Birdman, Mo Hayder's debut novel, a little confusing to me, the killer is known, why aren't they getting him, Jack Caffery lives across from another bad guy, something about Jack's past will be explored in the 6 books which follow in the series i bet, very gritty subject matter, not recommended if you want to only read about likeable characters, and a whole load of acronyms!!
The Drawing of the Three - i'm in the part with the wheel chair bound black lady with split personality in Roland's world, i loved the first drawn guy the junkie, i felt like i got to know a real person there, that is what i love most about Stephen King, his character's come to life.
I'll be busy hence, but i wanna here wish the SW community a happy New Year, hoping we all see a better year, i see and sense alot of us are hurting, we can make it with each other. A suggestion, try not to be whisked away by emotions, but have some "me time" where you calmly assess things, look back, look at the present and with a kernel of hope look ahead. Love you all, see you next year maybe. 🎊
