@Byron8by7 I'm serious. He said I was the most angry and emotional he has ever seen me. So he told me to sit in the corner and cool off. I went back at him and he said I was still overly aggressive and told me I could try again tomorrow.

@Fungirlmmm I normally take a passive yoga class... a bikram yoga class... a cardio class that alternates different things like spinning etc each day 5 days a week starting at 5:45 and I kick box once a day 3 days a week. And then weight training 3 days a week.
