You're better off with heat rather than ice on a neck....because that can drastically stiffen up your neck

@Ferric67 more my upper shoulders below my neck. Just computer work, muscles get stiff. Ice works for me

@JessicaMe you actually would find relief if you stretched the muscles in front of your body, such as the pectoral muscles

the muscles in your upper back hurt because they are being overpowered by your front muscles
you'll feel better, i promise ✌
