Would you have it done by a total stranger, vulnerable lying naked on a table? Or you prefer fully clothed? I have never had this done before and I never know what to expect. What are your thoughts?

While the only time I have gotten a massage without a drape was for an erotic massage it wouldn't bother me to get one without a drape while naked even if it wasn't an erotic massage. IMHO being embarrassed by being naked in front of others, especially your masseuse, make or female, is ridiculous.
