Go on-line and look up listings for therapists in your area at:

We all have to be licensed, where required, meet a certain level of practice, have continuing ed, etc.
Pick the three-four that seem best. Give each a call and go through your questions each. Pick the two who give you the "best vibes", and get a Swedish Massage from each. Go from there. Do they respect your requests, ie, more/less pressure, etc.? Do they give you the full time allotted? Do they "check in" with you from time to time about the pressure or any discomfort? Can they answer your questions? Pick the best one. If none are outstanding, go to your number 3 and 4 choices and repeat. Good luck.
