Have you tried this?

There's nothing more relaxing than this massage. Massage with an acupressure stick! You'll actually feel as if your feet have been replaced and you have a better pair. I know it sounds hilarious but it is the truth. It enhances the blood-circulation in your body and you'll feel exuberant. Try it if you haven't! Please share your experiences if you have.馃檪

Looks painful

@Somewhereovertherainbow Trust me! It is not because this is massage and the pressure they apply is mild or as per client's comfort.

In case, it is only acupressure then it would be painful because for acupressure you have to press the points real hard to cure the problem.

Even, acupressure is good for orthopedic issues, diabetes, blood pressure, migraine, cervical problems and etc.. Acupressure may be painful but the relief does last for a long time. Provided you take good care of your health later.馃檪
@SoLeRiMix I wouldn鈥檛 mind giving it a try for my migraines 馃檪

@Somewhereovertherainbow The critical part of this type of massage is knowing the 612 basic pressure points of the body and the energy meridians which they control. The acupressure points act as little gates or switches, that can stop, steer, or permit energy to flow freely, depending on what the therapist perceives the body needs. The amount of pressure is much less relevant- a little pressure in the wrong place can hurt as much or more than too much in the right place.

@Somewhereovertherainbow Before you try acupressure sessions, try a tool called a "still-point inducer". It's a two-bump neck rest, and you just lay face-up with your neck on it as you relax for a while.
