Withholding advice (again)

I'm always getting banned/censored for telling inconvenient truths - and here's a sequel to an earlier post.
On probably-the-same-website, a parent vents frustration at their now four-year-old (!) kid's rejection of potty training and persistent withholding-constipation.
(Trying to deny that it is constipation, just because when the kid eventually uncontrollably does some dooey in pullups, it's not especially nard and dry - ignoring the fact infrequent/incomplete evacuation is constipation. The kid now "just doesn't want to" do a smelly on or off the potty).
My quickly-censored reply was as follows:
Not what you want to hear, I know, "butt", in my (multi-generational) experience, the only way you can even temporarily fix wilful-withholding is by giving the kids something bigger to fear, i.e: weaponising (forced) suppositories and enemas, as the "punishment" for holding in one's dooeys and thereby making oneself ill. Stressing that dooey-withholding isn't just unhealthy/self-endangering behaviour, it's also "naughty", antisocial, not-tolerable (just like the opposite, dirtying pants instead of using the potty or toilet).
