Ages of the kids whose bowel movements we are monitoring/facilitating/initiating/controlling?

Just to get this started, with a detail already familiar to some of you -
when, on her second course of HRT, "M" finally entered into puberty, we tried lifting the bowel-movement-monitoring regime and allowing her to manage her own evacuations including any medication needed to facilitate them. The compromise was that she had to keep a written record, keep the dooey-diary up to date. It lasted one week. Because it was obvious to all with eyes ears and noses that she was falsifying the evidence. So it was back to the old routine.
