Help with an enema

I been having stomach issues for days now. Bad cramping and horrible pain. I know at this point I need an enema. I can it no problem I just do not know if I should put soap in it or not. And I have a sore messed up back what is the best way to do an enema with a sore back?

@Momofcutecat Awww! Yeah, I never actually did an enema to myself, so I don't know. I only gave them to others. I guess ask a doctor the best way to give yourself one with a bad back.

@Momofcutecat Ok, that will work. You don't need a lot, just put it in a container of warm water for a few minutes and swish it around some.

@robb65 I will see. I remember when I did an enema before when I was really really constipated I couldn't hold it very long then either
