I Enjoy Aromatherapy

FINALLY managed to have a beautiful sleep last night. Been having difficulties recently so decided to put a few drops of lavender essential oil on my little bear “Alfie” 😌

Not yet, after 6 straight night shifts, I get 24 hours off, then go to days on Friday. Will squeeze in about 6-8 hours tonight. 😝
