Best therapist

I really got lucky when I found my current therapist. We get along very well, I trust him and he really listens and helps me.

So he is going out of town for a few weeks for the holidays. So instead of him suggesting I talked to someone else for those two weeks or just missing my sessions all together he volunteered to do our appointments over zoom while he's gone. The days and times are a little bit different than normal but I just can't believe he offered to do this. This week has been in real struggle for me. Tomorrow is going to be very hard.

He's definitely getting a very nice Christmas gift from me!

@Cigarguy I think many people make the mistake of trying one, two tops, then declare that therapy isn't for them. I believe it can be for anyone, but finding the right therapist often takes time and it changes the whole experience.
