No, but as a former healthcare worker, I can tell you such behavior is not tolerated by governing medical authorities. Your therapist must have one. I would report him to his governing council, and to the police. Sadly, it may be difficult to prove in a courtroom to get a criminal conviction, but any good medical malpractice lawyer should be able to provide you with legal advice on seeking a just and proper remedy, like license denial or monetary compensation.
