Anyone ever tried physical therapy?

I've tried it several times, doesn't seem to work.
I just came back from my 3rd appointment at this particular place and I don't think I'll return.

I'm in more pain than I was before I started this.
I barely make it there in time due to work.
It's expensive. Why am I paying $50 per session when I'm doing all the work?
They have me schedule for twice a week, that's $400 a month.

Maybe I should go find videos on youtube, thats free.

Depends on what you're there for and who's in charge of your therapy, but it has been absolutely 100% indispensable for me.

When joints of limbs need to relearn old ways or adapt to changes, physical therapy is what keeps those muscles limber, trained and strong. It hurts. It's hard. It's tedious. And I've seen permanent limps in people who didn't take their therapy seriously.

Physical therapy is front-loading yourself for success. Do it.
