Anyone ever tried physical therapy?

I've tried it several times, doesn't seem to work.
I just came back from my 3rd appointment at this particular place and I don't think I'll return.

I'm in more pain than I was before I started this.
I barely make it there in time due to work.
It's expensive. Why am I paying $50 per session when I'm doing all the work?
They have me schedule for twice a week, that's $400 a month.

Maybe I should go find videos on youtube, thats free.

Just started for a bad back issue. It's extremely costly.
Did it for tissue damage, a broken metacarpal and wrist, years ago = great help.

PT often hurts in-session and a bit after, before you start seeing results.
My friend with rotator cuff issues went through this, and she was healed completely.

You won't see instant results. As my PT put it, it's all about time: after 300 repetitions muscle memory develops, and strength is established.

Listen to your body, you shouldn't be in excruciating pain or see an increase, or any swelling .
