A little guidance

I know I need to get myself some therapy. I just never have the courage to pursue it.

Can someone give me three good reasons as to why therapy may help with past trauma please?

In my case it's for emotional neglect and bullying.

I really don't know, but I do know I hate seeing people in that situation. It is always good to talk to someone. Don't ever keep it bottled up inside you. 🙂
