A little guidance

I know I need to get myself some therapy. I just never have the courage to pursue it.

Can someone give me three good reasons as to why therapy may help with past trauma please?

In my case it's for emotional neglect and bullying.

Therapy helps you help yourself get through the past.

Therapy introduces you to you through another's eyes.

Therapy shows you can be brave enough to take the risk to help yourself.
