Loool I sent in my homework for my CBT group (because I thought it was today)

And one of the counsellors called me for a one-on-one zoom call after reviewing it 😬

Which makes me feel like a bit of freak but I have made some plans, and luckily I do feel more steady today

Maybe one day I can feel even more stable hahaaaa

I pulled in to one of our mental (behavioral) health facilities at lunch today and considered walking inside. I didn’t though.

@CountScrofula thank you 💙 it definitely is. It's a shitload of work and I still don't really believe it will help. But I'd like to attempt to be a better person

@caccoon You're not actually a bad person. Your brain has been trained into self-loathing and self-destructive behaviour. The point is to retrain your brain rather than just like 'be good' right. You're not a sinner who must be absolved, you're a wonderful and badly traumatized person who has learned to hurt herself to cope <3
