People know what we need to change, we all have shadows to lighten...and we work to become better people. Sure it's hard and some stuff more challenging but we live a process. I do it for myself it's called self love...because I deserve to be better...see myself worse threw my own eyes with all transparency of the inside. Don't need outside input but rather encouragement. Through time and hard work I manifest change. Some don't understand the purpose. Working on being humble...keeping my achievements to myself while others plot my downfall.
