I think I need to go to therapy

But I would have no idea what to do for my first appointment. I’m also generally a pretty introverted and individual person and don’t like telling people my personal problems especially if I don’t know them that well or they’re strangers. So I have a feeling the first session would just be us staring at each other or something. I guess I could say what I just typed to them, that would be something. But I also don’t like admitting I need help like it was so hard just telling my general practitioner that I was experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression. Typing for me is so easy and unstressful. Talking, not so much.

If you feel you need therapy then get it. They are not there to judge you and they see a lot of people . They are not going to think anything negative about you. Give it a try
