I wouldn't have thought so but if you have a bank account that you've associated with Facebook, then may be able to buy stuff and send it to themselves.

Only if you have linked them in some way.
Safest not to use Facebook....
Use a different user-name (where possible) and different, strong password for every account.
Do not store them on the computer, phone or in some "password service" agency.
Change the most sensitive PWs now and then but irregularly (do not establish patterns).
Minimise on-line shopping as much as you can.
Have two bank-accounts: one for day-to-day use such as receiving your pay, paying direct-debits and withdrawing cash; the other a savings account fed by the former and if possible operated off-line. If you need draw down on that, transfer the money to your day-to-day account. Then at least if your main account is hacked you have not lost everything.
Oh - and do you genuinely need bank on-line? (Many people have little choice, thanks to banks deliberately closing branches for the sake of their profits. I am lucky as I can reach a branch easily by car, bus or even walking, but I know many who live miles from any such service.)
The rest is basic Internet security care.

yes your cellular phone text messages might be linked to facebook messenger which can be used to receive authorization codes to log in to your online bank account.
change your facebook password to a strong, unique password. don't re-use passwords between services and sites. don't use your browser's password saving feature, and don't use apps such as "Lastpass" that are intended to help you save your password in a convenient way.
