Y'all this week has been HARROWING. After they promised my part would be in no later (maybe even earlier) than 3 biz days, the part was delayed.
Thursday I'm told they will "hopefully" get the part. Me: "So I am supposed to tell my supervisor I will 'hopefully' be in??" Her in so many words: yes.
My work has been allowing me PTO. Thank GOD I saved it up, and that these FIVE DAYS OFF NOW are not counting against my attendance.
Thursday comes around..they say they got the part..was told it would be installed in 30 mins and fix the issue. I make an appt like yay..get there..he takes an hour and 20 mins. Cool, no big deal, let me go back to Barnes and Noble, the place that has robbed me of 2 phones now, and chill while I wait.
Come back..he installs the part that the woman said would fix all my woes with damn near 100% certainty. Nope! ENTIRE MOTHER BOARD IS FRIED.
Go to 4 phone stores last night. Check engine light for a huuuge issue comes up. Go to AutoZone immediately and research the issue from there.
Come home to ants in my bathroom. Fix the ants bc again, a Taurus is prepared with all the solvents and doo-dads required.
Get 2 or 3 hours of sleep bc I wake up every 20 mins. Go to 3 stores today. Finally get a phone. Phone won't let me download apps unless I can get into my Google account.
Can't remember login.
Try to get the verification code sent to yahoo. Can't get into yahoo account because it won't download the app without GOOGLE access.
Call..30 mins and multiple tries later, lady helps me in. Get Google access after yahoo access. Pay credit card bc today is the last day.
Now about to call around to get my car serviced. Ace having to work doubles bc of an irresponsible coworker, and I am his ride.
Lost most of my pictures, all texts, logins, apps. Thankful that most contacts are here..access to Facebook and messenger just now restored, access to banking info, emails. Need to set up authenticator for work, etc.
