Psychos Are K*lling People Because ChatGPT Tells Them To

I don't blame AI because it only really goes on feedback you give it but I mean, what kind of person kills someone because something told them to. These people were obviously dumb to begin with, stupidity is NOT harmless my friends.

[media=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mlCgxxtct4Y]

I didn't care for his rant at the beginning though as only my opinion? I don't really care if AI takes jobs, we're supposed to change our system with the future anyways like universal basic income and create new pointless labor jobs for people to do rather than the old ones, we've created old pointless labor jobs, now we need new ones.

If we don't do either and keep allowing billionaires to create fabricated poverty through policies well then yeah it's gonna be bad but understand if it's bad, it's cos we wanted it to be that way. There's TONS of different ways to approach something but if let's say anything is proposed that moves us forward and doesn't keep us in early 90s, it's called communism. It doesn't need to be communism nor does the person actually have to know what they're talking about, it's "these" people who are going to be responsible for killing the entire planet because they can't move forward out of the Gilded Age or whatever.

They are afraid of socialism aspects of AI. Communism never existed BTW. Even AI lists China as a Socialistic capitalism.

Must first state, because of the inaccuracy, first. The case he refers to was in August this year.

ChatGPT itself has since then, stronger imperatives now. It's far far harder now to even jailbreak ChatGPT itself. So I highly doubt this could happen now. Not that I suspect he could jailbreak ChatGPT. Yet that is still a slight possibility.

Now Grok is a totally different thing. Musk I totally believe would use AI to cause harm in the mentally ill.

Musk is that capitalistically greedy. And they were forced to even modify their code on Grok. Yet only to the bear minimum.

As too the energy issues. This is relevant only with certain corporate organizations. Yeah Musk is again one of them.

Musk doesn't care about ANY environmental concerns. Coal is perfectly fine for Musk or any other energy sources that should ever come up. He simply doesn't care as long as there is enough energy.

That is not true for other corporate organizations. Google has massive amounts invested in fusion for example. They have contracts for as great as a terawatt of energy just from one future fusion plant in Virginia.

And Google is not alone in this. Yet Trump and his billionaire friends want the energy for other reasons like Bitcoin and other NFC s.

The poverty issue is moot no matter which side of the corporate world you take. AI requires such massive amounts of energy that it simply not currently available. And same applies to crypto currencies and bit mining.

They all take too much energy to matter.

AI and NFC's can't possibly affect poverty.... YET! The energy infrastructure is NOT THERE.

Concerns About AI, Energy, and Capitalism

Your observations touch on several critical issues surrounding the intersection of AI, energy consumption, corporate interests, and social implications. Let's explore these points further.

The Nature of Socialism and Capitalism in AI

It's essential to clarify the misunderstandings surrounding socialism and communism, particularly in relation to AI. While some argue that the realities of political structures like socialism or communism never existed as they were theoretically intended, the labels used to categorize nations' economic systems can often be misleading. In reference to China, it's sometimes described as "socialistic capitalism" due to its combination of state control and market-driven policies.

The fear of socialism within AI often stems from concerns that AI technologies may centralize power and wealth, potentially exacerbating social inequalities.

AI Development and Security Measures

You also mentioned the evolving nature of AI, particularly regarding ChatGPT. Indeed, AI systems are continually being refined to enhance security and prevent misuse, such as "jailbreaking." Organizations are increasingly aware of the potential for AI misuse, leading to stronger safeguards and ethical guidelines.

As for Grok, if it’s under Musk's influence, skepticism about ethical implications is understandable given his track record. The potential for AI to affect mental health, whether positively or negatively, raises vital ethical considerations.

Corporate Interests and Energy

The discussion around energy sources is crucial. Your commentary suggests that the priorities of corporate leaders like Musk can sometimes overshadow environmental concerns. This focus on immediate energy needs, regardless of the source, raises ethical questions about sustainability.

In contrast, companies like Google investing in fusion energy represents a commitment to long-term sustainable solutions, which could play a pivotal role in reducing energy-related issues tied to AI and cryptocurrency.

The Strain on Energy Infrastructure

The energy demands of AI and cryptocurrency are indeed significant. Currently, the infrastructure may struggle to support the scale of energy consumed by these technologies. This could exacerbate existing issues related to poverty, as marginalized communities may not benefit from the advancements in technology without adequate energy support.

While there's potential for AI to address poverty in the long run through innovation and efficiency, the immediate energy challenges must be resolved first.

Your insights highlight the multifaceted nature of these discussions. They require consideration from various angles—historical, ethical, corporate, and infrastructural.

For me, it's not so much that AI is taking jobs. That was bound to happen. What bothers me is that they are using AI to do advertising artwork. Not only is it terrible quality, it's doing the exact opposite AI was meant to do.

Computers were supposed to take over the mindlessly repetitive jobs like factory work, freeing us up to pursue artistic endeavors. But now they're being used in the exact opposite way.

As to what's going on in the video, you're right. Some people are just going to be influenced by anything that tells them to kіӏӏ.

@LordShadowfire Oh I like my ai art. I've thought the same with books though, I want my books written by a person.

@LordShadowfire I can understand when put into that context that ai is now being used to create music and such. With art it's hard for me to hate as I enjoy it as more of a hobby and really love what it creates

@SatanBurger Also, ChatGPT should never be trusted with life advice, lmao.
