How does a Wikipedia article begin?

I was looking for information about when the search for 4-year-old Gus Lamont began after being reported missing on the 27th of September.
A Wikipedia article appeared at 9.43pm on the 8th of October.
This article was posted by - DiamondIIIXX, whos blurb states, I help Wikipedia improve.

When I inputted DiamondIIIXX into the Wiki search engine this message appeared, The page "DiamondIIIXX" does not exist.

Yet here is his "Homepage"

Possibly shadow banned. Hard to say however. I have no idea what Wikipedia's policies are.

Technically shadow banning is not a full ban. They can still exist on the site however.

@DeWayfarer He is an "often contributor" 🤷🏻‍♂

@Gusman Doesn't mean much. On reddit you can be shadow banned and still post frequently. Just people are not directed to your posts on feeds and such.

Think of it like being shunned in the Quaker way. They still do things yet are not recognized socially. They don't even speak their name.
