Wouldn't it be great if the world did a technological regression?

Technological Regression: The reliance on electronic devices and systems has become so pervasive that a prolonged EMP event could lead to a technological regression, forcing societies to revert to more primitive technologies.

Force human to live in the cave man times for 1000 years again.

Turns out, humans wiped themselves before and thrown themselves into a partial cave man days 10,000 years ago or something like that.

They got stupid, greedy and full of technology and they believe a emp pulse took them out.

Instead of just living the simple life, they wanted cellphones and Google to (whatever their technology was that wiped them out)

Thought it was a solar flare that came to close to earth, frying the surface, melting the ice age and causing the flood Noah was supposed to have sailed his Ark. Humans were fragmented then. Only the ones still living in caves survived.

But then in the 5th or 6th century a giant volcano erupt blotting out the sky worldwide for a year, nearly wiping us out. But we didn't resort to cave living then...

Humans lived though a lot of shit.

Supposedly they found old modern style technology buried for like for thousands of yeara.

One was some spark plugs, something that kinda looks like telephone and other stuff. I wish I could find the page again. I want to read more, but I accidently close erased my web search history

@HumanEarth The Ancient Sumerians died out 7,000 years ago. But supposedly had been around for 3,000 years by that point. And were as advanced as we were back in the 18th century possibly more so. As there was evidence that brain surgery was conducted and survivable. But the Taliban bombed the archaeological sites a few years back and information about the Sumerians are sketchy.
