Well the Carburetor model number is 388296R93 and it goes to a International Farmall 706.

I started having the problem when the fuel line broke. I replace the fuel line. Same problem Now here is the problem

When then tractor is cold it runs great, has tons power, runs like should. But when warms up, it starts and stall and choke itself out. I lose all power, can't rev up the engine, and it will only run at idle with choke fully pulled out.

Water and engine temp are in normal range

Here is what I did:
I checked the timing of the engine with a timing light, almost dead nuts on
I replaced the points, condenser rotor and cap. (Needed it anyways, It was time)
I drained the tank and the sediment bowl and cleaned and flushed both. Thinking they might be partly clogged with crap and carb not getting enough fuel was my thought.

I did all that and still having issues. So I decided to remove the carb and test the solenoid
That tested good and is working order.

Now I'm going make new gaskets and bolt it back up. (I just did a rebuild 5 years ago on it, So should be good to go)

But it was still running like crap when warmed up before I pulled off the carb

I did forget to check the coil. I just thought of it.

@HumanEarth i had a similar issue on my boat in fact it sounds pretty much exactly the same turns out the coil was breaking down when it got warm oil was coming from the top into the HT lead had to keep stopping and drying it out at sea to get back , new coil fitted end of problem
