Recommendations for a dumb tv

I don't have or want a smart tv. I don't want one that runs Android. I want no 'apps'. I don't want one that takes up half a wall.

Do any no-name brand (probably all Chinese) ones like that exist? LG and Samsung etc. all only seem to do 'smart' tv's now.

If you can get it in Australia, Finlux is the largest manufacturer of non-branded TVs in Europe (designed in Finland, made in Turkey). They also put their name to no-frills products. Six years ago I bought a portable TV with a screen that is quite big enough for our small cottage. It was very inexpensive and even has a built in DVD player 😊

You can have and use a smart TV. If you don't have an internet connection it will be a dumb TV. Simples. I use two like that. 24" and 36"👍

@Gillian30 I have internet but don't want an internet-connected tv. Not interested in streaming etc.
