Feature phones are a thing but are feature (non smart) TV's a thing ?

Feature phones are really awesome as they don't get flooded with bloatware that typical saturates Android and Ios based devices.

But now I see that almost every tv is a 'smart' tv basically with the same sort of approach. I don't want a 'smart' tv and I definitely do not want a tv that acts like it's own 'smart speaker' listening to and watching everything I say and do.
